Following the announcement of the new real estate policies in Shanghai, rumors spread that divorce application appointments in the city have been booked up to half a month in advance. The fully booked slots on Saturdays are likely unrelated to the new policies, and there are still many available slots from Monday to Friday before the 15th. Currently, divorce appointments for the next two weekends in Minhang District are fully booked, but weekend appointments are still available in districts such as Huangpu and Xuhui.
